Responsibilities:
- Manage mall security, car park, safety, cleaning, and sustainability operations.
- Manage vendors, contracts, KPIs, budgets, and cost efficiencies.
- Manage car park operations, traffic flow, revenue strategies, and customer experience improvements.
- Lead workplace safety and health compliance, risk assessments, policy updates, and emergency preparedness.
- Oversee housekeeping, waste management, recycling, and environmental hygiene programmes.
