Our client is a well-known Property Company in Singapore. Singapore property company seeks Operations Manager/Asst Manager to lead security, car park, safety, housekeeping, sustainability, and vendor management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage car park operations, traffic flow, revenue strategies, and customer experience improvements.
  • Lead workplace safety and health compliance, risk assessments, policy updates, and emergency preparedness.
  • Oversee housekeeping, waste management, recycling, and environmental hygiene programmes.
  • Handle vendor contracts, performance monitoring, budgeting, and cost efficiencies.
  • Oversee mall security operations, protocols, emergency plans, and crisis response.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree or diploma in facilities management, environmental science, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in shopping malls or commercial property operations.
  • Good understanding of building systems, security protocols, sustainability principles, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with a proactive, detail-focused mindset and real commitment to environmental sustainability.
