Our client is a well-known Property Company in Singapore. Singapore property company seeks Operations Manager/Asst Manager to lead security, car park, safety, housekeeping, sustainability, and vendor management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage car park operations, traffic flow, revenue strategies, and customer experience improvements.
- Lead workplace safety and health compliance, risk assessments, policy updates, and emergency preparedness.
- Oversee housekeeping, waste management, recycling, and environmental hygiene programmes.
- Handle vendor contracts, performance monitoring, budgeting, and cost efficiencies.
- Oversee mall security operations, protocols, emergency plans, and crisis response.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree or diploma in facilities management, environmental science, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in shopping malls or commercial property operations.
