Key duties:- Source tenants, lead lease negotiations/renewals, convert leads.
- Proactively source and engage potential tenants for industrial parks and business parks, coordinate property viewings, and manage follow-up communications to secure commitments.
- Lead negotiations for new leases, renewals, expansions, and consolidations across assigned industrial and business park portfolios to maximise occupancy and rental income.
- Convert quality leads into signed lease agreements, targeting resilient demand segments such as high-spec business parks and cost-effective decentralised spaces.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling related services to tenants and their networks.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns promoting modern, sustainable, and well-located industrial and business park spaces.
- Degree or Diploma in Real Estate Management, Building, Property Development, or related discipline.
- Valid CEA Real Estate Salesperson (RES) license is preferred, or willingness to acquire within 1st year of employment.
- 2 - 6 years of relevant experience in leasing or asset management within the Business Park and/or Industrial asset classes in Singapore (experience with high-tech factories, science parks, or modern business parks is advantageous).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term tenant relationships.
- Positive mindset, proactive and resourceful approach, and strong team collaboration skills.
