Our client is a prominent Singaporean Property Developer who now seeks a strong and high-profile candidate with experience across the APAC market.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and screen acquisition targets through market studies, site inspections, competitor mapping, financial modelling, and strategic due diligence.
- Structure and negotiate purchases, JVs, management and franchise agreements with landowners, funds, private-equity partners, and global hotel operators.
- Present investment papers and recommendations to senior management for approval.
- Monitor operating performance of hotels: P&L, OPEX, CAPEX.
- Publish monthly KPI dashboards and supply-demand / macro-economic intelligence to guide portfolio strategy.
- Conceptualise in-house hospitality brands; manage consultant briefs on design, budget, schedule, and brand-standard rollout.
- Drive asset-enhancement projects with project, marketing, and property teams to maximise IRR and asset value.
- Maintain relationships with operators, valuers, government agencies, financiers, legal advisers, architects, QS and MEP consultants.
- Lead, coach, and develop to uplift team capability.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Real Estate, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10-15 years' leadership experience in hotel business development, or operations with a proven track record of closed deals.
- Sound knowledge of APAC and key international hotel markets, valuation methodologies, and regulations.
- Strategic communicator with advanced negotiation, problem-solving and commercial acumen.
- Highly analytical, organised, and self-driven; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix structure.
- Positive, adaptable, and willing to travel regionally as required.
- Must have experience in handling Hotel Management Agreements.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) essential, Chinese a requirement, Bahasa an advantage.
