Seeking leader to build & govern elite, invite-only network: curate admissions, drive member value, ensure high trust.

About the Role

The Head of Growth and Community is the senior leader responsible for architecting, curating, and protecting an elite, invitation-only network of influential decision-makers. This strategic governance role focuses on network design, selectivity, and sustained member value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and govern the global membership framework, including tiered structures, admission protocols, governance policies, and quality standards.
  • Lead selective curation and admissions, making final decisions on inclusion/exclusion to maintain network exclusivity and integrity.
  • Oversee member onboarding, activation, retention, and long-term value delivery (with strong focus on first 30/60/90 days).
  • Design and operate high-impact community infrastructure (e.g., private collaboration spaces, advisory forums, exclusive briefings).
  • Establish metrics and feedback loops to track member outcomes and demonstrate tangible value.
  • Ensure member‑centric alignment with strategic partners, prioritising long‑term network health over short‑term transactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building or significantly shaping a high‑trust, invitation‑only network of senior decision‑makers.
  • Deep understanding of influence dynamics, incentives, reputation, and privileged access at executive levels.
  • Systems‑oriented thinking with strong expertise in governance, standards, and long‑term network strategy.
  • Ability to make firm, independent decisions — including declining influential candidates — to protect network quality.
  • Excellent judgment, discretion, and interpersonal skills for engaging with high‑caliber stakeholders.
