Drive excellence in operations, tenant relations & asset enhancement for a top developer's premier mixed-use development. Lead operations & maintenance for a premier mixed-use retail/office development. Manage tenant relations, fit-outs, and strategic asset enhancement projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead facilities management, technical teams, and M&E maintenance programs.
- Manage the full tenant engagement cycle, from fit-outs to relationship management.
- Support asset enhancement projects to boost property value.
- Liaise with authorities and contractors to ensure 100% compliance and safety.
- Oversee SOPs, vendor contracts, and procurement.
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years in retail shopping mall property facilities management.
- Strong technical knowledge of building M&E systems required.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Real Estate, Building Services, or Engineering required.
- Proficiency in BMS software is a plus.
