We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical & Fire Minor Projects Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and customer service, as well as a basic understanding of the electrical and fire industry.

The position:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week

• To assist in the day to day running of the Electrical/Fire department
• Communicating with the client to discuss their requirements
• Arranging engineers to attend jobs
• Arranging materials for engineers that includes discussions with suppliers
• To assist with the quotation of projects
• To source and order materials and manage stock control
• The completion of test sheets and other paperwork

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years\’ experience in administration and customer service is preferable
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of CASH software preferable, but not essential
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of integrity and professionalism
