We now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Credit Controller, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, to join the fast-paced team in Leeds.
The position:
- Permanent, full-time
- Office based
- 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Sending statements weekly/monthly
- Producing and sending overdue account letters
- Posting and allocation of customer receipts
- Raising invoices, to include 2 weekly call extracts, generating monthly renewals (work orders are raised as calls in our system and then we extract these to create invoices)
- Dealing with queries and maintaining updates, keeping them logged
- Taking ownership for identifying common reasons for invoice queries and working with relevant departments to reduce these
- POA reports – ensuring all ledgers are kept tidy
- Passing on overdue debts to expert collections when necessary
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous credit control experience (5+ years desirable)
- Knowledge of SAGE (desirable)
- Working towards AAT is desirable (study support provided)
- Excellent communication skills, especially telephone manner
- Professionalism
- Reliability
