Role and responsibilities
- Prioritising and processing customer renewals based on renewal inception dates.
- Learning the appetite of our panel of insurers for each client base.
- Reviewing the market using our systems and Underwriting team to get the best possible quote for our clients.
- Maintaining thorough and accurate records.
- Delivering targets and working towards deadlines.
- The successful candidate must have a strong can-do mentality.
Skills and experience required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Friendly, patient and helpful.
- Team player with the ability to flex requirements to meet the needs of the business.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
Beneficial, but not essential
- Experience with Open GI software.
- Experience in the insurance industry would be desirable.
