As a Class 2 Drayperson, you will be one of the trusted representatives of the company, delivering drinks to pubs, bars, restaurants, and hotels across the region. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure safe and efficient loading of goods each morning.
- Review delivery notes and route plans to guarantee accurate and timely deliveries.
- Deliver kegs, cases, and bottles professionally and carefully to a variety of hospitality venues.
- Communicate confidently with customers, address any delivery concerns, and accommodate special requests when required.
- Complete all necessary paperwork, including delivery notes, returns, and collections.
- Safely and correctly return empty kegs, cases, and gas bottles.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold customer trust at all times.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, particularly concerning manual handling and cellar duties.
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed and present yourself smartly in uniform.
