My client is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Sales Administrator to join their dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer records using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, ensuring data accuracy and ease of access.
- Compile sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support sales strategies and client engagements.
- Manage sales documentation, including quotations, invoices, and contracts, ensuring timely processing in line with company policies.
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings, follow-ups, and appointments for the sales team using Microsoft Outlook and calendar tools.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to enquiries via email and telephone.
- Support the sales team with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organised records of sales activities.
- Work collaboratively with IT teams to resolve basic software or hardware issues related to Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in sales administration or a comparable administrative position with strong organisational abilities.
