My client are looking for a Sales Support person to join the team.

We are Recruiting for a dynamic individual to join the team of energetic and enthusiastic people to continue to deliver the top-notch service that they are renowned for.

  • You will be able to deliver on All aspects of sales order processing & sales support:
  • Customer service
  • Sales Orders
  • Credit Control
  • Complaints
  • Communications
  • Assist Key Accounts Personnel & Agents with all sales aspects
  • Service desk
  • Answering incoming calls Responsibility for the medium term performance of the above (continuous improvement).
  • Liaison with all Personnel, Customers & other parties.

Ideally you will have a few years' experience in a similar role and demonstrate a commitment to customer service and be willing to go the extra mile
