Got People are looking for an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our established Driving/Industrial Division.
Are you an experienced 360 consultant, Senior consultant, resource specialist preferably with driving or industrial experience? You'll be working within a busy, fast-paced recruitment environment.
We're looking for someone who enjoys the commercial side of recruitment, is confident developing new business and, just as importantly, understands that successful driving recruitment is built on excellent service, strong candidate relationships and being able to deliver when clients need you.
- Support/Develop new business across the driving, transport and logistics sectors
- Identify and approach clients through calls, networking, meetings and site visits
- Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for growth
- Build long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted recruitment partner
- Understand clients' operations, shift patterns, peak periods and individual recruitment requirements
- Source, attract and register candidates
