Got People are seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver to join our client's team based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. This position involves operating a Class 2 dustcart vehicle on scheduled refuse collection routes and providing support to loaders when necessary. Key Responsibilities
- Operate a HGV Class 2 dustcart / refuse collection vehicle safely and efficiently
- Complete planned waste and recycling collection routes accurately
- Assist loaders as required to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations throughout the workday
Driver Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months recent HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving experience
- Experience in dustcart or refuse collection is highly desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence (Category C)
- Valid Driver CPC qualification
- Possession of a Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than six penalty points on licence (excluding DR or IN endorsements)
- Willingness and ability to assist with loading duties when required
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to high standards

- Monday to Friday: £18.00 per hour (PAYE / Umbrella)
- Additional Saturday uplift opportunities available
- Start time: 06:00 AM
