Got People is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our client's team based in Hatfield. This position is ideal for qualified HGV Class 1 drivers looking for reliable, consistent work with a respected and prestigious organisation.

Key Requirements for the HGV Class 1 Driver Role:

  • A minimum of 18 months' recent UK experience operating HGV Class 1 vehicles (Category C+E)
  • Ability to perform Hub-to-Hub deliveries, with curtain pull-back duties only
  • Valid CPC qualification and digital tachograph card
  • No more than six penalty points on your driving licence (excluding DR or IN codes)
  • Possession of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including high-visibility clothing and safety boots

Position Details:

  • Salary: £20.00 per hour (PAYE)
  • Guaranteed minimum of 8 hours per shift (day or night)
  • Location: Hatfield
  • Contract Type: Temporary, ongoing or ad hoc assignments
