Our client is a Hatfield-based specialist haulage company providing a first-class, secure service to the banking, government and infrastructure sectors. This role involves delivering and installing high-value items. They are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused 3.5T drivers to join their team.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, daytime shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold a full, clean UK driving licence for a minimum of two years.
  • Operate tail-lift vehicles (training will be provided).
  • Manage pallet and trolley deliveries essential to installation projects.
  • Perform manual handling tasks, including carrying stock upstairs (risk assessments and method statements are available).
  • Adhere strictly to all company driving policies and procedures.
  • Drive safely and responsibly; all vehicles are fitted with telematics to monitor driving style regularly.
  • Load and unload goods in accordance with the company’s code of practise, using appropriate equipment.
  • Maintain the security of loads during loading, transit and delivery.
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Represent the company professionally by providing excellent customer care and maintaining a polite and courteous manner at all times.
