Got People are recruiting for a CNC Machine Operator / CNC Machinist to join a well-established precision engineering and manufacturing company based in Hertfordshire. This growing engineering business manufactures high-quality precision machined components for a range of specialist industries including aerospace, defence, medical, scientific, food production and motorsport. Due to continued company growth and an expanding order book, they are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Operator, CNC Machinist or Machine Shop Operator to join their busy precision engineering and manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity to work with modern CNC machinery within a professional engineering environment producing high specification components.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machinery including CNC lathes, milling machines and grinding equipment within a precision engineering machine shop.
- Carry out deburring, finishing and preparation of machined components using hand tools and specialist finishing equipment.
- Perform quality inspections using precision measuring equipment.
