We are seeking a skilled and proactive Warehouse Supervisor / FLT driver to take an active role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and logistics functions.

This fast-paced environment is crucial to ensuring the efficient movement of goods, including receipt, picking, packing, and stock control, while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity.

The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the business.

Working Hours

9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional additional hours as required to meet operational demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Possession of a valid forklift licence is essential, as operating a forklift forms a significant part of this role.
  • Manage the receipt, inspection, and correct storage of incoming stock.
  • Ensure precise recording of stock movements and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Implement stock control procedures, including cycle counts and regular stock audits.
  • Oversee picking and packing processes to maximise efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure the safe loading and unloading of vehicles and the smooth flow of stock throughout the facility.
  • Maintain compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies at all times.

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, stock control, and goods in/out processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills coupled with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Capable of performing efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
