Gotpeople are partnering with a rapidly expanding distribution company to recruit a Night Shift Warehouse Administrator. Due to the shift pattern, applicants must live locally or have their own transport. This role is based in a busy warehouse environment and would ideally suit candidates with experience in FMCG administration. The working rota is Sunday night to Thursday night, totalling 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all customer orders to ensure timely despatch and meet service level agreements
- Process and administer all customer receipts within agreed deadlines
- Record and report any damages and stock adjustments to customers promptly
- Coordinate customer collections in line with service level requirements
- Monitor processes to maintain accuracy and compliance with customer standards
- Adhere to all site regulations and Health & Safety policies
- Manage customer archiving to maintain accurate audit trails
- Maintain precise administrative records and customer documentation
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous administration experience within a warehouse, logistics, or operational setting
- Demonstrable team leadership skills
- Strong operational knowledge and practical experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Exceptional customer service skills
