About the Role

We are expanding our casual event staff team at Stoke City F.C. and are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join us. This is your opportunity to work at the heart of live football action, helping create a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for supporters attending matches and events throughout the season. You’ll be joining a professional and friendly team working across matchdays and major events at one of the UK’s well-known football clubs.

Home to Stoke City FC, the bet365 Stadium hosts thousands of fans across exciting Championship fixtures, cup games, and special events throughout the year. Working at the stadium offers a fast-paced and energetic environment where no two matchdays are the same. Successful applicants may also be offered ongoing opportunities across additional sporting events and venues with CSP Ltd.

Pay & Shift Information

  • Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour (holiday pay included)
  • Flexible shifts available across matchdays and events
  • Weekend and evening work available

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service to all supporters and guests
  • Assist with spectator guidance, entry points, and general event information
  • Support crowd management and follow all safety procedures
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment throughout events
  • Respond confidently and professionally to guest queries
  • Assist with event operations as directed by supervisors and management

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Desirable

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous experience in events, stewarding, or customer service
