Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, reliable, and hard-working individual to join our growing Events Team at Hampshire Cricket Club (Utilita Bowl). As a Traffic Marshal, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, smooth, and efficient movement of customers and guests, delivering excellent customer service at all times.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing vehicle and pedestrian movement
  • Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests
  • Providing clear directions and customer assistance
  • Working closely with the wider event operations team
