About the Role

CSP Ltd is recruiting for trainee and qualified Traffic Management Operatives at a wide range of events across the UK. From major festivals and sporting events to retail and local authority projects, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to be part of high-profile operations.

All candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

  • NRSWA Unit O1 (formerly Unit 2) "Signing, Lighting, and Guarding" (SLG/SLG 01)
  • Trainee Operative (TMMBC, T1/T2)
  • M1 / M2 Operative
  • M3 / M4 / M5 Operative
  • 12C Operative / 12C Supervisor
  • 12AB Operative / 12AB Foreman / 12AB IPV Operative / 12AB IPV Foreman

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
  • Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this.
  • Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
  • Maintaining and removing traffic management within the required time scales.
  • Setting up traffic lights.
  • Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
  • Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
