What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome, assist, and guide guests with a warm and professional approach
- Deliver outstanding customer service with confidence and clear communication
- Support crowd management, ticket checks, and access control
- Help create a safe, enjoyable environment by following health, safety, and venue procedures
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and respect at all times

What We’re Looking For
- Hold a Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety (or currently enrolled – evidence required)
- Friendly, reliable, and confident when interacting with the public
- Calm, professional, and respectful under pressure
- A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
- Flexible and available for evenings and weekends
