What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcome, assist, and guide guests with a warm and professional approach
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with confidence and clear communication
  • Support crowd management, ticket checks, and access control
  • Help create a safe, enjoyable environment by following health, safety, and venue procedures
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and respect at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Hold a Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety (or currently enrolled – evidence required)
  • Friendly, reliable, and confident when interacting with the public
  • Calm, professional, and respectful under pressure
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
  • Flexible and available for evenings and weekends
