We are expanding our casual event staff team for the Genesis Scottish Open 2026 and are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join us. You’ll be part of a friendly and professional team helping ensure the event runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently while creating a memorable experience for every guest. Pay & Shift Information

  • Competitive hourly pay rates
  • Event Dates: Monday 6th July – Sunday 12th July 2026
  • Flexible shifts available throughout the championship week

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Assist guests with directions, seating, and general event information
  • Support crowd management and follow all safety procedures
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment throughout the event
  • Respond confidently and professionally to guest queries
  • Assist with event operations as directed by supervisors and management

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Desirable

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous experience in events, stewarding, or customer service
