About the Role
CSP is recruiting reliable and customer-focused Traffic Marshals to support our team at Stane Retail Park in Colchester during the busy Christmas shopping period.
As a Christmas Traffic Marshal, you will help manage traffic flow, assist customers with parking, and ensure vehicles and pedestrians can move around the retail park safely during one of the busiest times of the year.
This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for seasonal work who enjoy working outdoors and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct vehicles and manage traffic flow around the retail park.
- Help customers navigate the car park safely and efficiently.
- Support safe pedestrian movement and minimise congestion.
- Provide clear directions and friendly assistance to visitors.
- Follow all site safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
- Maintain a professional and approachable attitude at all times.
Requirements
- Must be aged 18 or over.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Able to follow instructions and remain calm during busy periods.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Previous traffic marshalling, car park management or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
