Gotobeat is building the operating system for live entertainment — combining culture and technology to turn live events into a predictable, data-driven growth engine. We work with artists, venues, and partners across Europe to plan, promote, and execute live shows end-to-end, using proprietary tools to forecast demand, optimise pricing, and drive ticket sales. We’ve delivered 600+ shows across 16 countries in 2025, selling hundreds of thousands of tickets, and continued rapid growth.
We’re looking for an experienced promoter who already operates within the live music ecosystem, someone with strong relationships, sharp instincts, and a track record of delivering successful shows. Any genre of music is welcome. We want someone who can bring artists, ideas, and opportunities, and who is excited to work within a fast-moving, technology-enabled environment. You’ll work closely with our central team across booking, marketing, and data to build scalable touring and event strategies across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and book artists across any genre, from emerging talent to established acts
- Leverage existing relationships with agents, managers, and artists to originate new opportunities
- Develop and execute live event strategies, including tours, headline shows, and special events
- Identify new market opportunities across cities and territories
- Collaborate with internal marketing and ticketing teams to drive ticket sales performance
- Work with data insights and forecasting tools to support decision‑making
- Manage show budgets, settlements, and commercial performance
- Contribute to long‑term artist development and roster growth
