With over 50 shows monthly across the UK and Europe, we’re not just event organisers, we’re building an AI-driven platform to reshape the grassroots music and events industry.
The Role
We’re looking for Promoters (junior and senior) to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of live music. You’ll bring your network of artists, industry contacts, and promotional expertise to expand Gotobeat’s roster and lead shows and tours across the UK and EU. This is an opportunity to join an ambitious, fast-moving company that’s using technology to change the game for artists and promoters alike.
Responsibilities
- Identify and book exciting new artists, both domestic and international, for Gotobeat shows and European tours.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, agents and managers across the UK and EU.
- Lead the end-to-end promotion of shows: planning, budgeting, marketing, and on-the-ground coordination.
- Work on shows ranging from intimate 150-capacity venues to large-scale events up to 3,000–5,000 capacity.
- Collaborate with our tech and marketing teams to optimise workflows using Gotobeat’s AI-powered tools.
- Contribute to strategic decisions around programming, partnerships, and artist development.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a live music promoter, ideally with experience booking and promoting shows from 100 to 5,000 capacity.
- Strong artist network across the UK and Europe.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about live music and eager to be part of an innovative, tech-driven company.
- Based in London.
