We are seeking a senior, highly consultative commercial leader to drive the growth of Paysafe’s Embedded Wallet through strategic reseller and channel partnerships. This role focuses on building a scalable B2B2C distribution model by targeting platforms and businesses that can white‑label and embed our wallet, pay‑in/pay‑out, and issuing capabilities into their digital journeys. The ideal candidate brings deep embedded finance or wallet experience, strong product and technical fluency, and a proven ability to unlock complex, multi‑stakeholder partnerships that deliver long‑term, recurring revenue.
What Paysafe stands for:
- Being open and honest.
- Keeping focused.
- Operating with Courage.
- Pioneering the future.
How we work:
We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office hub locations. This role can be based in London, Dublin or Berlin office.
The impact you will have:
- Identify, target, and acquire new reseller partners for Paysafe’s Embedded Wallet solution, including vertical SaaS platforms, spend‑management providers, BaaS integrators, and other businesses positioned to white‑label wallet functionality for their end merchants or users.
- Build a structured, scalable reseller/channel strategy to unlock B2B2C growth, including segmentation, prioritisation, value propositions, and repeatable commercial frameworks.
- Lead full‑cycle strategic sales motions—from outbound prospecting and discovery to solution design, commercial negotiation, and contract signing—with a deep understanding of product, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Engage multi‑stakeholder buying centres across product, technology, commercial, and operations leadership to drive consensus and secure long‑term partnerships.
- Develop a strong understanding of the Embedded Wallet’s technical architecture, APIs, compliance components, card issuance capabilities, and pay‑in/pay‑out rails to articulate value clearly and credibly.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Operational teams to shape tailored propositions, ensure feasibility, and deliver commercially sound partner solutions.
- Build multi‑threaded relationships across C‑suite and senior functional leadership, positioning Paysafe as a trusted infrastructure provider and strategic partner.
- Create compelling value‑led proposals, business cases, and ROI models tailored to the reseller’s distribution strategy and commercial model.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM data, including pipeline stages, commercial assumptions, and opportunity risk assessments, ensuring precise revenue forecasting and portfolio visibility.
- Monitor evolving trends in embedded finance, digital wallets, stored value, and platform ecosystems to inform strategy and maintain market leadership.
- Represent Paysafe at industry events, conferences, and partner forums to elevate brand visibility and strengthen the embedded wallet narrative in the market.
- Contribute to a strong, collaborative, and high‑performance team culture, sharing insights, learnings, and opportunities to accelerate the growth of the Embedded Wallet business.
- Travel internationally when required to meet partners, attend events, or support key commercial activities.
What we’re looking for:
- 7–10+ years of experience in fintech or payments, with significant exposure to embedded finance, digital wallets, issuing, BaaS, or API‑led financial products.
- Proven track record in partner/channel sales, strategic business development, or platform‑focused commercial roles, ideally in a B2B2C model.
- Deep understanding of wallet infrastructures, pay‑in/pay‑out flows, stored value, KYC processes, card issuing, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong strategic sales mentality with experience running complex, long‑cycle, multi‑stakeholder sales engagements involving product, technology, operations, and compliance teams.
- Excellent ability to understand and translate complex product capabilities into clear commercial value propositions for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership, writing detailed proposals, and communicating commercial logic.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and manage internal stakeholders—Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Delivery—to drive aligned outcomes.
- Highly organised with disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and attention to detail in commercial and operational modelling.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, demonstrating adaptability, initiative, and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial, curious, and proactive, with a strong desire to build new revenue lines and help shape an emerging product category.
- Strong industry network within fintech, embedded finance, BaaS, and platform ecosystems is a significant advantage.
