The Senior Sales Enablement Analyst plays a critical role in enhancing sales performance by delivering accurate, high-quality analysis and executive-level reporting. Operating within the Sales Effectiveness team, the role is responsible for producing Board-level sales performance reports and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Working closely with sales leadership, finance, and other cross‑functional teams, the analyst acts as a key liaison to ensure alignment between sales performance, budgeting, and forecasting processes. The role supports the sales budgeting and forecasting cycles by providing robust analysis, performance tracking, and data‑driven insights that enable more informed decision‑making and stronger execution across the sales organization.
We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s.
