Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a global point of contact for CRM queries, supporting troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution across all regions.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Salesforce development requests, including managing, refining, and prioritising Jira tickets to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and system improvements.
- Design, refine, and implement scalable process improvements that strengthen sales efficiency and data quality.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand business needs and translate them into practical system or process solutions.
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) within the Commercial Operations team to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to operational best practices.
- Support the development and maintenance of sales territories, commission structures, budgets, and performance targets.
- Provide analytical insights and operational support to ensure sales teams have accurate, timely, and actionable information.
- Act as a trusted expert for global CRM issues and sales system processes.
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the sales organisation.
- Champion best practices and support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
Experience we’d love to see includes:
- Strong experience working with Salesforce and a high level of systems literacy.
- Experience managing Jira or similar ticketing systems.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels, with or without formal authority.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional information:
This is a hybrid role based out of our head office in Brentford (TW8 9AG) with expectation of some travel to other offices as required for the team. We offer a basic salary between £45,000–£50,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus lots of amazing benefits.

Location:
