How we work
We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office hub locations. This role can be based in London or Berlin. The London office is located on Gresham Street next to St Paul's cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul's, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon and Mansion House. The Berlin office is located in the Bikini Berlin building near Kurfürstendamm with easy access via public transport links.
The impact you will have
- Drive new revenue growth by securing strategic wins for Paysafecash with leading banks and fintechs across priority European markets (including DACH, UK, Western and Southern Europe, and CEE).
- Build and leverage a strong industry network, establishing yourself as a trusted thought partner and enhancing Paysafe's brand presence in the banking ecosystem.
- Own and execute end‐to‐end strategic sales cycles, from targeted prospecting and discovery through to solution structuring, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
- Navigate complex, multi‐stakeholder buying groups across product, technology, commercial, and operations to align priorities and secure long‐term partnerships.
- Identify, develop, and expand enterprise‐level strategic partnerships with senior decision‐makers.
- Craft and articulate compelling, tailored value propositions for financial services clients.
- Champion the role of innovative payment solutions within modern digital banking and fintech ecosystems.
- Maintain a deep and current understanding of the banking and regulatory landscape.
- Ensure disciplined pipeline management and accurate revenue forecasting.
- Represent Paysafe at key industry forums, events, and conferences.
- Travel across Europe as required to support client engagement and business development.
- Contribute positively to team culture, fostering collaboration, ambition, and high performance.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience within the banking sector, or relevant ecosystem (e.g., banking technology vendors, digital banks, core banking providers, BaaS, or embedded finance providers).
- Proven track record selling innovative solutions to financial institutions with a highly consultative, solution‐oriented approach and experience managing complex, long sales cycles through multiple stakeholders.
- Strong network within European banks, neobanks, wallets, fintechs, or payment infrastructure providers, and understanding of the sector, especially in one or more priority markets (e.g., Germany/DACH, UK).
- German native speaker or German language at least to C1 level is essential if based in Berlin.
- A highly entrepreneurial mindset with hunter mentality, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, especially for in‐person meetings and proposals.
- Ability to understand complex requirements, make thoughtful recommendations, and quickly build consensus with senior level internally and externally.
- Superb organisational skills and an understanding of accurate revenue forecasting.
- Proven ability to work and perform in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment.
