Role Summary

Paysafe is seeking a Director, Global Consumer Marketing, to lead our global campaign function and bring to life impactful consumer experiences across the experience economy, with a strong focus on iGaming, video gaming, ecommerce, online trading, retail, travel, and hospitality. This role is responsible for shaping and delivering end‑to‑end consumer journeys, from first touch through long‑term loyalty.

Reporting to the SVP of Global Consumer Marketing, you will serve as the central driver of global consumer campaigns, translating strategy into bold, insight‑led programs that connect with real people. The role will lead a team of campaign managers and collaborate closely with our Center of Excellence, our in‑house agency, to deliver campaigns across channels with creativity, consistency, and precision.

This is a role for a big thinker and builder. The perfect candidate is someone who can develop compelling ideas and scale them globally. The focus is on driving meaningful user acquisition, deepening engagement, and building lasting customer relationships. Success means delivering campaigns that are creative and customer centric, while also measurable, scalable, and commercially impactful, turning marketing into a true growth engine.

How we work

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

The impact you will have

  • Campaign Strategy & Big Idea Development: Translate strategy into bold, differentiated campaign ideas that can scale globally. Define clear objectives, target audiences, value propositions, and success metrics with a strong emphasis on new user growth.
  • Global Campaign Leadership: Lead the development and orchestration of multi‑channel campaigns across brands, regions, and countries, ensuring consistency in strategy while enabling local relevance. Drive campaigns that cut through and deliver measurable impact.
  • Cross‑Functional Alignment: Lead with collaboration, acting as the central point of coordination across Product, Commercialization, Brand, MarTech, and regional teams to align goals, messaging, timelines, and execution.
  • COE Partnership & Execution: Partner closely with internal agency to bring campaigns to life across channels. Ensure high‑quality campaign plans, clear priorities, and seamless execution across paid media, CRM, lifecycle, in‑product, partnerships, and social.
  • Growth & Performance Focus: Drive acquisition at scale with a relentless focus on new user growth, powered by AI‑driven insights, data, experimentation, and continuous optimization across channels and markets.
  • Measurement & Insights: Track performance frameworks tied to acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value. Pivot planning based on actionable insights and executive‑ready reporting to inform decision‑making and improve outcomes.
  • Brand Consistency at Scale: Ensure all campaigns reinforce Paysafe’s global brand while adapting effectively for different markets, audiences, and cultural contexts.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a global team of campaign managers responsible for planning and coordinating campaigns across the full lifecycle. Establish clear operating rhythms, prioritization, and governance. Build and inspire a high‑performing global team. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, speed, and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or educational equivalent; or relevant experience in lieu of a degree, required.
  • 10+ years in consumer marketing, campaign leadership, or lifecycle marketing, required.
  • Proven history of developing big, scalable campaign ideas that deliver measurable commercial impact across the experience economy, with deep expertise in iGaming, video gaming, ecommerce, online trading, retail, travel, and hospitality.
  • Experience leading multi‑channel, global campaigns across regions and markets.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, CRM, and data‑driven decisioning.
  • Experience leading and scaling teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
