Education Advisors play a key role in building lasting relationships with our customers. The purpose of the Education Advisor – Customer Experience role is to deliver high‑quality onboarding, implementation support, and data‑insight training for customers using Renaissance products. Education Advisors help customers get the most value from Renaissance solutions. We work with schools across the UK and internationally through webinars, bespoke consultations, occasional in‑person training, and ongoing support via email and video calls. Success in this role is reflected in strong customer engagement with our products and high customer retention. Insights gathered through customer conversations are shared across the business to help shape future product development and service improvements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build positive, trusting relationships with a wide range of customers.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule and deliver consultations and training sessions.
  • Run reports and accurately analyse and interpret customer data ahead of meetings.
  • Access customer data independently and prepare clear, accessible data presentations (with team quality‑assurance support).
  • Deliver engaging presentations, webinars, and training sessions that empower customers to embed Renaissance solutions, understand their data, and identify next steps that work for their context.
  • Record customer interactions in our CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Capture and share customer insights with relevant teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, product) to support continuous improvement.
  • Draw on your teaching or education experience to support colleagues across the business.
  • Use initiative to identify and support customers who may benefit from additional guidance.
  • Monitor the progress of assigned schools throughout implementation to reduce time to value and support long‑term success.
  • Identify customers at risk of disengagement and take appropriate, timely action.

Desired Experience

  • Experience in the education sector, ideally with Qualified Teacher Status, and strong knowledge of Renaissance and GL Assessment solutions.
  • Clear and confident communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently.
  • Solid data‑handling and interpretation skills.
  • Ability to influence and support others constructively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and across teams.

Salary and Benefits

This is a fixed‑term maternity cover position for up to 12 months. It is a remote home‑based (UK) role with occasional travel required for team meetings and attendance at education sector conferences or customer locations as needed. We offer a basic salary between £36,000 and £38,000 per annum depending on experience plus commission.
