Whether it's surveys, mortgages, conveyancing, removal services, or online auctions, we offer access to a comprehensive range of quality property products. As surveyors, we benefit from our own "in house" sourced survey work and are seeing rising volumes at our Grade 1 Listed offices in Oxfordshire.
This is a full-time remote role for a Residential Surveyor. As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting L2 and L3 RICS surveys, some associated valuations and assessments of residential properties. This includes inspecting properties, evaluating their conditions, identifying potential issues or hazards, and providing detailed reports. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals in the property industry.
- Permanent salaried roles with bonus scheme
- AssocRICS, MRICS, FRICS (preferably with VRS) surveyors required
- Must have good recent L2 Building Pathology and preferably Residential Valuation experience – L3 support will be provided
- Experience in residential property surveys and assessments
- Knowledge of building construction, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in using surveying tools and software
- Valid driver's license
