WE ARE HIRING RICS RESIDENTIAL SURVEYORS - ACROSS THE COUNTRY

Whether it’s surveys, mortgages, conveyancing, removal services, or online auctions, we offer access to a comprehensive range of quality property products. As surveyors, we benefit from our own "in house" sourced survey work and are seeing rising volumes at our Grade 1 Listed offices in Oxfordshire.
This is a full-time remote role for a Residential Surveyor. As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting L2 and L3 RICS surveys, some associated valuations and assessments of residential properties. This includes:
- Inspecting properties
- Evaluating their conditions
- Identifying potential issues or hazards
- Providing detailed reports
You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals in the property industry.
Permanent salaried roles with bonus scheme.
Requirements:
- AssocRICS, MRICS, FRICS (preferably with VRS) surveyors required
- Good recent L2 Building Pathology and preferably Residential Valuation experience – L3 support will be provided
- Experience in residential property surveys and assessments
- Knowledge of building construction, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in using surveying tools and software
- Valid driver's license
