We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll guide prospective home buyers through the property survey process, helping them understand their options while delivering a high standard of customer service. Strong communication and time management skills will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with home buyers, explaining the different types of surveys available and why they are an essential part of the home buying process.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of GOTO Group’s services to support conversions.
  • Manage and maintain an organised pipeline of leads, following up via phone and email.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales journey.

Requirements

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and clients.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Good organisational skills, particularly in managing client information and appointments.
  • Basic numeracy skills for calculating costs and payments.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.

Salary from £25,000 per year + commission
