Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Residential Surveyor. As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting L2 and L3 RICS surveys, some associated valuations and assessments of residential properties. This includes inspecting properties, evaluating their conditions, identifying potential issues or hazards, and providing detailed reports. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals in the property industry. .We have new patch opportunities in a number of areas across the country.: London anywhere inside M25 – new introducer clients •Kingston/Twickenham KT/TW and Southwest London •Surrey/Sussex/Crawley/East Grinstead/Tonbridge GU/RH/TN •Darlington/Middlesborough DL/TS •North Manchester/Warrington M/WA •Aylesbury/Milton Keynes/Luton HP/MK/LU •Peterborough/Cambridge PE/CB Permanent salaried roles with fee revenue and points bonus schemes AssocRICS, MRICS, FRICS with VRS surveyors required. Must have good recent L2 Building Pathology and Residential Valuation experience – L3 support will be provided.
