We’re growing, and we need someone who can pick up the phone, follow a clear structure, and still sound like a real person while doing it. You’ll be speaking to home buyers mid-purchase, helping them understand their property survey options and guiding them to the right decision.

Anyone can follow a process - not everyone can close!

What you’ll be doing:
  • Calling buyers directly - you take control of the conversation and the outcome
  • Guiding them through property survey options in a way that actually makes sense
  • Helping them choose the one that fits best
  • Following up properly, not just “I’ll try again next week” energy
  • Owning your pipeline and keeping things moving
  • Working with the wider team to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Closing the sale - clearly, confidently, and without hesitation
  • Smashing those sales targets

The detail:
