Due to continued growth and a major project pipeline, we’re looking to appoint experienced Residential Surveyors in Birmingham and Luton. This is not a role for someone looking to be heavily coached or trained up — we need confident, commercially minded surveyors who can hit the ground running and deliver high-quality work from day one.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking predominantly L2 & L3 residential surveys
- Working across an active project pipeline
- Managing workload efficiently and professionally
- Delivering excellent client service and technical reporting
Qualifications
- Ideally 1–2+ years PQE
- Strong residential surveying experience
- Self-sufficient, proactive and driven
- VRS qualification beneficial but not essential
Package
Permanent or contract arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.
