- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
- Lead projects from early-stage opportunity identification through to tender, negotiation and contract award.
- Work with engineering teams to develop solutions involving BESS, UPS, HVDC, backup power and renewable energy.
- Translate customer requirements for capacity, redundancy, availability and backup duration into practical solutions.
- Lead or support proposals, RFQs, RFPs, pricing and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate internal sales, engineering, product, project delivery and after-sales teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and relevant regulatory developments.
- Represent Gotion at customer meetings and industry events.
Qualifications and Experience
- A relevant qualification in Engineering, Energy, Business or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in business development, project development or solution sales within data centres, energy storage, critical power, renewable energy or EPC projects.
- Strong understanding of data centre power architecture, redundancy and high-availability requirements.
- Knowledge of BESS, UPS, HVDC, microgrids and grid-connected or islanded power systems.
- Experience managing complex projects from initial opportunity through to contract award.
- Strong tender management, commercial negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Established relationships within the local energy or infrastructure sector are highly regarded.
- Experience with hyperscale or AI data centres is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel as required.
