Qualifications
- Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree or above. ACCA/CPA qualification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of financial management experience in multinational corporations. At least 2 years of hands-on finance experience in the UK.
- Language Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent business English proficiency.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102) and HMRC regulations. Proven track record of leading overseas finance projects.
- Global Mindset: Overseas study background preferred, with strong cross-cultural communication skills. Must be willing to relocate to the UK or travel frequently as required.
