About the Company

Our client is a leading international manufacturer and retailer with a strong presence in the pharmacy and consumer healthcare sector. With three advanced production plants producing 90% of its products, the company combines manufacturing excellence with an expanding omnichannel retail and eCommerce footprint across Europe.

Following the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP the organization is transitioning from hypercare to a steady-state Application Management Services (AMS) model. The company’s vision is to modernize its end-to-end business operations through automation, data-driven decision-making, and enhanced digital customer experiences across its retail and online channels.

To support this transformation, our client seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Specialist with a strong understanding of retail supply chains, pharmacy eCommerce operations, and EDI integration to lead the continuous improvement and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead optimization and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Cost Management, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Quality Management.
  • Support pharmacy eCommerce and retail operations, ensuring seamless integration between Oracle Fusion SCM, Order Management, and EDI-based supplier and fulfillment systems.
  • Oversee EDI integrations for order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, and logistics transactions with 3PL and retail partners.
  • Manage and enhance Inventory Costing and Valuation processes to ensure accurate stock visibility and financial reporting across online and retail channels.
  • Enhance Oracle Quality Management Cloud to support product compliance, batch traceability, and regulatory quality controls typical of pharmacy manufacturing and distribution.
  • Collaborate with internal business teams and AMS vendors to maintain stable operations, resolve issues, and implement system improvements.
  • Utilize Oracle Guided Learning to develop intuitive, role-based training materials and knowledge assets for business users.
  • Drive system enhancements to improve supply chain efficiency through automation, data analytics, and predictive insights (e.g., demand forecasting, fulfillment KPIs, and OEE metrics).
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, and eCommerce teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment across order, fulfillment, and customer experience flows.
  • Mentor and support internal team members, sharing expertise in Oracle SCM best practices and retail supply chain processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, including 5+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM.
  • Strong expertise in Inventory, Costing, Order Management, and Quality Management modules.
  • Proven experience supporting retail or pharmacy eCommerce supply chains, including order orchestration and fulfillment.
  • Hands‑on experience with EDI transactions (850/810/940/945/856 or equivalents) and 3PL integrations.
  • Background in manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with AMS models and collaboration with tier‑2 or managed service providers.
  • Proficiency in designing user‑friendly dashboards, analytics, and guided learning experiences within Oracle Fusion.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Business, or related field; Oracle certifications highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in pharmacy and/or retail operations.
  • Understanding of regulatory quality and compliance requirements within pharmaceutical supply chains.
  • Exposure to Oracle AI/ML capabilities, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Experience integrating Oracle SCM with eCommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with legacy ERP migration and data harmonization projects.
