Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary: We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual therapy services for individuals, couples, and families across Delaware. In this role, you will help clients work through relationship concerns, communication challenges, life transitions, behavioral issues, and emotional stress. This position focuses on delivering structured, evidence-based care through telehealth while maintaining accurate records and supporting positive treatment outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
- Assess client needs and develop treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Guide clients through relationship conflicts, family dynamics, and behavioral concerns
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation for each session
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field
- Active LMFT license in Delaware
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Comfort with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery
- Knowledge of state and federal confidentiality regulations
