Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)

Rhode Island | Full-Time | Remote

Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

A Rhode Island-licensed therapist is needed for a full-time telehealth position. The caseload includes clients seeking help with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life changes, and other behavioral health needs.

The work is primarily client-facing. You will conduct appointments, review clinical history, determine the course of treatment, and keep records current. You may also work with other providers when a client needs services beyond individual therapy.

In this position, you will:

  • See clients through scheduled video appointments
  • Complete new-client interviews and clinical reviews
  • Determine treatment goals based on the issues discussed in session
  • Provide individual therapy using methods appropriate to the case
  • Record session details and changes in client status
  • Consult with other healthcare professionals when necessary
  • Arrange outside referrals when additional care is required
  • Follow established procedures when safety concerns are identified
  • Meet Rhode Island requirements for licensed behavioral health practice
  • Active Rhode Island independent license in good standing (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC)
  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field aligned with licensure
  • Prior experience delivering therapy in an outpatient setting
  • Strong written documentation skills and comfort using an EMR
  • Ability to work reliably within a weekday schedule and meet session/notes timelines
