Virtual Therapist – Licensed LPC/LMFT/LICSW
Location: West Virginia
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 per year
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role:
This fully remote position supports licensed professionals looking to provide consistent therapy services to individuals across West Virginia. You’ll work independently within a structured telehealth model, performing evaluations, delivering therapy, and monitoring outcomes.
Duties:
- Conduct intake assessments and identify treatment priorities
- Deliver virtual therapy to a diverse caseload of clients
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Coordinate care and consult with other professionals when required
- Maintain documentation in accordance with clinical standards
- Licensed as a LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in West Virginia
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
- Experience in community, telehealth, or outpatient behavioral settings
- Technically proficient and able to use EHR platforms effectively
