Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California

Position: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $115,000 to $120,000 annually, plus benefits

Core Responsibilities:
  • Using clinical assessment tools to monitor and adjust treatments based on progress and goals.

  • Working collaboratively with the Therapy Leadership Team for guidance and clinical support.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited school.
  • Current independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California.
  • At least one year of independent practice as a licensed therapist.
  • Experience with evidence-based therapies for depression, anxiety, and related conditions.
  • Familiarity with integrating technology into clinical practice.
