Therapist Supervisor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We’re seeking a Therapist Supervisor to provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to a team of clinicians delivering mental health services in Kent, Washington. In this role, you’ll mentor staff, uphold clinical standards, and ensure that clients receive quality, evidence-based care every day.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed and associate therapists through one-on-one and group sessions.
• Monitor treatment plans, documentation, and clinical outcomes.
• Support professional growth and training initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with state and agency standards.
• Collaborate with directors to improve service delivery and client experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Active WA clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or PsyD).
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
