Responsibilities- Lead clinical services within the outpatient physical therapy office
- Perform evaluations and establish patient goals
- Provide therapy for orthopedic, post-operative, pain, strength, and mobility concerns
- Support therapists and clinical staff with case planning and daily priorities
- Monitor patient outcomes and revise treatment plans as needed
- Review documentation for completion, quality, and compliance
- Assist with clinic workflow, scheduling coordination, and care communication
- Maintain strong professional relationships with patients and referral partners
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
