Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing small research projects and supporting strategic decision-making through preparation of presentations and reports.
- Collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams to implement research findings and support business initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities, developing business cases, and managing the deployment and launch of new retail banking products and services.
- Managing client relationships, providing customer service support, processing transactions, and resolving complaints with decreasing supervision.
- Developing and implementing financial models and strategies to support retail banking decisions.
- Training and mentoring junior colleagues.

- Strong evaluative judgment based on factual analysis and problem-solving skills guided by precedents.
- Effective communication skills to guide team members and liaise with stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
