Key Responsibilities:

• Sales via Telephone: Handle inbound calls from prospective customers seeking motor insurance, and make outbound calls to warm leads, offering tailored insurance solutions.

• Sales Conversion: Effectively close sales by providing customers with the most suitable motor insurance options, ensuring maximum revenue generation while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.

• Consultative Selling: Conduct detailed fact-finding calls to understand customer needs and recommend the most appropriate products, ensuring all sales processes comply with industry regulations.

• Objection Handling: Skilfully manage objections and address customer concerns, using persuasive techniques to influence decisions without resorting to high-pressure tactics.

• Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed realistic sales targets, demonstrating a strong ability to perform in a competitive sales environment.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal underwriters to provide customers with the best possible quotes, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
